Spanish Mackerel

Baked Spanish Mackerel with Lemon and Herbs

  1. Have your local fish monger clean the Mackeral.
  2. In a small bowl, add olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, dill, and tarragon and mix together. Rub the marinade on the fish and inside the fish.
  3. Cut the lemon into slices and stuff slices inside the fish
  4. Bake in the oven at 350 for 18 minutes.
  5. Once the fish is done cooking, drizzle olive oil on top and sprinkle coarse sea salt to finish.
