Ingredients
- 1 Spanish Mackerel, cleaned
- 1 Sliced Lemon
- Salt and Pepper
- Fresh Thyme
- Dill
- Tarragon
- Olive Oil
Directions
- Have your local fish monger clean the Mackeral.
- In a small bowl, add olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, dill, and tarragon and mix together. Rub the marinade on the fish and inside the fish.
- Cut the lemon into slices and stuff slices inside the fish
- Bake in the oven at 350 for 18 minutes.
- Once the fish is done cooking, drizzle olive oil on top and sprinkle coarse sea salt to finish.
