Ingredients
- 2 TBS of Olive Oil
- 1 Bag of Frozen Sardines (2 LBS)
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 Lemon
- 1/4 cup finely Chopped Parsely
Directions
- Defrost the sardines and gut them.
- Marinate the sardines in the olive oil, salt, and mix.
- Grill them 4 minutes a side.
- Top with fresh squeezed lemon,olive oil and parsely.
