Red Pepper Pasta Sauce

  1. Wash peppers and cut into small pieces.
  2. Warm oil in a pan, add peppers and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
  3. Add wine, chicken broth, salt and pepper and bring to a boil. Cover and cook on low for 15 minutes until peppers tender.
  4. Let cool slightly. Place pepper mixture into a high speed blender and puree until smooth.
  5. Serve with your favorite pasta. Good with penne.
